The MP5000 serie is Tektronix's next-generation modulair precision test platform engineered to meet the evolving demand automatiated test equipment (ATE) in valation and production workflows. Ontworpen met een compact 1U-vormfactor, it-ondersteuning up to six configurable SMU or PSU-channels per chassis en scale to 192 channels in parallel-maximalisatie rackruimte, throughput, en test flexibility.
