Basic unit SIMOCODE pro V PN GP Ethernet/PROFINET IO, PN system redundancy, OPC UA server, Web server, transmission rate 100 Mbps, 2 x bus connection via RJ45, 4 I/3 Q freely parameterizable, Us: 110...240 V AC/DC, input for thermistor connection Monostable relay outputs, expandable by 1 extension module(DM, TM, EM) Motor management system SIMOCODE pro V PN GP for extensive protection, monitoring and control functions for asynchronous motors and detailed operating, service and diagnostics data for process control systems and control systems using the most common fieldbus systems. The smart and compact motor management system with PROFINET IO interface for direct-on-line, reversing, or star-delta (wye-delta) starters, or for controlling a motor starter protector or soft starter, functions independently of the automation system. Its expandability with an expansion module (digital, ground-fault or temperature module) ensures a comprehensive range of inputs and outputs, precise ground-fault detection via 3UL23 residual-current transformers and temperature measurement. The system supplies detailed operational, service and diagnostics data - at any time or place. OPC UA also allows data to be supplied to HMI panels, SCADA systems and cloud-based systems. Worldwide approvals (e.g. IEC and UL/CSA), also for applications in hazardous areas (ATEX or IEC Ex) are available. Deployment with IE3/IE4 motors is supported. The SIMOCODE ES (TIA Portal) software is available for the configuration, commissioning, operation and diagnostics of SIMOCODE pro. The SIMOCODE pro block library for SIMATIC PCS 7 is used for the simple integration of SIMOCODE pro into the SIMATIC PCS 7 process control system. The SIMOCODE pro V PN GP basic units are available with 24 V DC or 110-240 V AC/DC control supply voltage, and with a choice of 1 or 2 ports.Operation requires at least one current measuring module and a matching 3UF793 connecting cable. The measuring module, connecting cable, an optional operator panel as well as an expansion module (digital, ground-fault or temperature module) are available separately.Take a step into the future with SIMOCODE pro.
