Omschrijving
De M.2 SSD MTE670T van Transcend beschikt over de modernste 3D-NAND-technologie, waarmee 112 lagen van 3D-NAND-flash-chips verticaal kunnen worden gestapeld. In vergelijking met 3D NAND met 96 lagen verbetert deze doorslag bij de dichtheid de geheugenefficiëntie aanzienlijk. De MTE670T beschikt over de PCI Express (PCIe) gen 3 x4-interface en is compatibel met de NVM Express (NVMe) 1.3-specificaties om ongekende overdrachtssnelheden te bereiken. De MTE670T biedt 30μ" gouden contacten en corner-bond-technologie en is volledig door ons getest om de betrouwbaarheid in bedrijfskritische toepassingen te garanderen. De lamp heeft een levensduur van 3K schrijf-/wiscycli en een uitgebreide bedrijfstemperatuur van -20 tot 75 tot 75.
