Omschrijving
Description The PCI Express card by Delock expands a PC by two external serial ports.
Optional voltage supplies via RS-232
Connected devices can optionally be supplied with voltages of 5 V or 12 V. The following four outputs are available on the RS-232 ports: pin 1 (DCD), pin 4 (DTR), pin 8 (CTS) and pin 9 (RI).
Low Profile Form Factor
By using the included low profile bracket, the PCI Express card can be also installed into a Mini-PC. Specification • Connectors:
internal:
1 x PCI Express x1, V2.0
1 x power connector 4 pin Molex male
external:
1 x DB44 female
connecting cable: DB44 male > 2 x serial RS-232 DB9 male
• Chipset: MaxLinear 17V352
• Compatible with 16C550 UART
• Data transfer rate up to 230.4 Kbps
• Databits: 5, 6, 7, 8
• Stop bits: 1, 1.5, 2
• Parity: even, odd, none, mark, space
• FIFO: 256 byte
• ±15 kV ESD protection on all signal pins
• 5 V or 12 V can be set individually for each port through the jumper (Pin 1/4/8/9)
• Electrical power per port: max. 7.5 watt (5 V / 1.5 A)
• Electrical power per port: max. 18 watt (12 V / 1.5 A)
• I/O address and IRQ assigned by BIOS
• Dimensions (LxW): ca. 80 x 55 mm System requirements • Windows 8.1/8.1-64/10/10-64/11
• PC with one free PCI Express slot
• Power supply with a free Molex power connector Package content • PCI Express card
• Low profile bracket
• 1 x serial connecting cable (ca. 30 cm)
